My flood story                         

                 

Hi my name is tui and my teacher says that im good at doing my work so im about to tell you about the flood on Friday

I woke up at 6 o'clock on Friday morning and it was raining so hard that everybody in the household woke up.¨ What's going on¨ dad said while he was dashing the hallway. ¨it's stormy outside¨ said mum. It was frightening and everyone was scared and terrified. I went back to sleep after the rain had calmed down. 

When I woke up later on and turned on the news, I found out that the hard heavy rain caused a massive flood in Kaikohe and some other places as well. Some places were badly damaged so going outside would be dangerous.
